I made a video and took it to the store about three days after it was delivered. I showed it to the “sales manager” and advised him that I didn’t need the sofa or the love seat. He did not say a lot and we went to the back of the store where he left me with a customer service girl. She informed me that someone can be calling me to arrange an appointment. I was thinking that they had been sending somebody to my place to confirm what I had confirmed them on the video.

The manager contacted me and advised me that the sales individual never advised me such thing. The supervisor told me that they’d actual wooden that I should go back to the store and choose a more expensive bedroom set. This folks on the store are a bunch of liars.

The toes don’t come up all the way and the arm rests are just to low.

The material has lint balls and the material is pulling apart. The technician who inspected it stated in his report that l may use a lint scrap per to take away the lint balls!!! Have u ever heard of material doing this?? Ashley’s is suppose to use high quality materials apparently not.

I wanted to buy another console piece ($200) to correct the issue. Something I would have purchased had I been told this from the beginning. I was already spending 2500 dollars, one other 200 would not have made a difference. I purchased several furnishings on President day massive sale promoting. I was advised that I will get the Items in 2 weeks. I had to wait a month and per week to revive the objects.

Apparently, the company office stated that they’d substitute the couch. I want my a refund, but after reading all the complaints with Ashley furniture, I’m sure I will not be getting it. My recommendation floor and decor jacksonville fl to anyone serious about shopping for Ashley furnishings is to think once more and go some place else. This is a horrible place to do business and it’s low cost furniture.
