If you really want to have a life, you are going to need to figure out how to do that. For me, I think I was the best at it. I’m the best at being a good person.

Waldorf fitness is a program that trains you to be the best you can be. In it you are given a set number of daily life tasks that you need to complete in order to stay alive.
