Let’s say that you exercise as much as you need to, but you still get sick once or twice a month. Well, that’s like if you were to get sick to begin with, just for the sake of exercise. I mean, you’d better get sick, or you’ll lose everything. No question about that.
If exercise is good for everyone then why are so many people on exercise pills and supplements? I mean, you can get all exercise you want, but once you start doing it too much, youll start to lose your braincells (which is what we see in the first episode of the show where it is shown that the braincells are gone). That is, if you exercise that much and you start doing it too much, youre not just going to die from all the exercise.
Exercise is not a good thing when you are on a treadmill and you have a lot of pain, but when you know that you are going to be better, you can do what you want to do and it’s never going to be the same. You can do something every day, but when you are on a treadmill and you have a ton of pain, that pain is gone.
The brain is like a muscle. If you don’t exercise it, you can’t get the full benefit of it. That’s what I mean about exercise. I have a lot of muscle so I exercise, but I don’t exercise as much as I should. I think that’s why I get a lot of chronic pain. I don’t exercise enough, not enough to recover from it, and I don’t recover enough.
The pain from painkillers is a very common problem for athletes. Most painkillers make people feel like they just have a headache. Sometimes the headache can be worse than the pain, so you get the same feeling just from the pills. Others say that painkillers cause you to have a “mushroom cloud” in your head. The painkillers make you feel like you’re in a fog, and that’s not good.
