I do a lot of these things because I enjoy them. I love the feeling of being fully awake and not being limited by my body’s limitations. I love how I can move my body to the max. I love how I can keep going for longer than I thought possible. I love how I can feel strong and confident in my own skin. I love that I can walk out of the gym and feel good about myself.
