Our area is a little out of the way so finding a gym that is close to us is tough. But it is still doable. I will say that there are a few places that tend to be cheap or even free.

Planet Fitness is a new gyms that is starting up in lexington. This is the first of many gyms that they will open in the area. It will be a small gym, but it will be very affordable. As a matter of fact, they are offering a free yoga class for a year to every new member.
The only problem with these gyms is that people who are having trouble finding a place to exercise will struggle with their time. This is because they don’t want to live in an area that is so busy that they don’t have enough time to workout and get ready for a gym. This has been a big lesson in how to deal with a busy environment, but I think this is the wrong approach.
