I believe that the only true energy we can get from food is the calories we eat. This means that we must eat clean, eat smart, and eat well in order to keep our energy level high.

The only truth about food is that it’s not good. It’s not a problem. It’s a fact. And that fact tells us that no matter how hard we work to make our own choices, we are not able to make the best of any situation. So we must have a plan to make it work.

The best way to make our own choices is to do a bunch of things that we know are wrong, but we can’t do without food. And since we don’t know the good things about food, we’ll have to make the best of them.

Like in a lot of ways, our bodies have adapted to the chemical energy of food. The food we eat is pretty much what keeps our bodies on the right track. We need to keep it in good working order. So by eating the right foods we can make our bodies work for us. Eating a lot of protein or carbs is good for keeping us full and energetic.

And with that said, we should be eating more whole foods than we do the protein. And if we eat a lot of protein, we can increase our muscles, strengthen our hearts, and help our muscles become stronger. We should eat more whole foods than we do the protein.

The actual weight gain is a much bigger deal for you. But that’s not the point of this article. You should know your body will change when it’s on autopilot and the weight gain is only slowly coming into play. And if the weight gain isn’t fast enough, you might eventually find yourself on autopilot and fall back into the same place you once were.

You’re not getting any younger and your metabolism is slowing down. Protein is the fuel your body needs to stay fueled and as age comes on, you’ll be less able to use the protein and that will slow your metabolism. So don’t add to the weight.

The problem with gaining weight is that when you add it all up, you end up in the top two percent of your age group. So if you are in the top two percent and your body starts to lose muscle, fat, and bone mass, your metabolism will slow down and youre likely to find yourself in the top one percent. Or at least in the top one percent of what used to be the top one percent.

If you are over the age of fifty, then you will be in the top two percent. If you are under the age of fifty, then you will be in the top one percent. If you are in the middle, then you will be in the middle two percent and the bottom one percent. So don’t worry about your body weight. You’ll be fine. It’s your metabolism, not your body weight, that slows down.

So, if you dont look like youre in the top one percent then you can get by on a certain percentage of your body weight. The bottom 20% of your body weight. If you are in the top two percent of the bottom 20% then you will be fine. If you are in the top 1% then you will be fine. You need to be able to do a decent amount of exercise.
