I am a fan of navesink fitness. I have been using it for years now and it has done wonders for my overall fitness and overall health.
I have never tried it, just a couple years ago. I’ve been using it for about 1-2 weeks now and I’ve found it to really work. The point of fitness is to take your mind off the things you’re doing wrong when you’re doing them wrong. It’s your mind and your life. You don’t want to take it away from you.
