la fitness transit is the name of a series of posts I did for the blog,, on the topic of self-awareness.

I did the first post. The second post was the one that went viral. I made it popular because I have a blog, a Twitter account, a Facebook page, and a Tumblr account that I keep up to date on a regular basis.

I didn’t really expect that I would get more than a few views. But, as it turns out, that was actually the goal. I wanted to reach people who know me, know what I do, and are interested in self-awareness. I have been writing about this for a while now but never got to the point where I made it popular. With that said, a lot of people seemed to like it.

If you’ve been following me on Twitter for a while, you would know that I am the author of La Fitness. I have tried and failed to sell it, so it might be a bit of a stretch to think that I have any sort of readership, but it is definitely still an interesting read.

I haven’t personally tried La Fitness, but I have read a few reviews of it and it seems like its main appeal is that it’s a simple way to get exercise without having to be in a gym, so it’s possible to do it right in your kitchen. It was also very interesting to take my fitness routine and apply it to something like a gym workout, instead of just going to an indoor gym.

There are so many ways to get active that it’s not really clear that your gym routine is ever going to be the best. The trick is to be smart about which type of activity you’re engaging in. I can’t tell you if you should workout with your cat or your dog, but I can say that your cat or dog is going to have to be responsible for some exercise. Also, most gyms are pretty safe.

I like to work out and have a healthy diet and diet plan. The reality is that as you get older you’ll have more muscle in your body and be more reliant on your brain for the rest of your life.

A key point here is that youll be engaging in a lot of different kinds of exercise. The gym I use has machines that are designed for the most diverse of movements and is great for cardio workouts as well as strength training. Also, your dog or cat will likely need to be responsible for some exercise. Dogs and cats have a tendency to be rather fussy about exercise, so you might be better off making these activities part of a “gourmet” diet plan.

All of these exercises involve some sort of movement, but this time I’ll be focusing on balance. You’ll be balancing weights on your wrists, the bottom of your feet, and on your hips. You’ll probably also need to walk and run around. All of these movements will require you to put yourself in a lot of uncomfortable positions, and it’ll be hard to keep track of them all.
