We all need to be getting our lives in order. How we get there will depend on a lot of factors, but if you want to get your life in order, you need to look at your current habits and determine if you are getting there. The key to making your goals stick is to develop a set of habits that will propel you toward your goals.

Before I tell you all the reasons why it’s important to stick to your resolutions, let’s talk about why having a set of habits to strive for is so important. Without a regular routine we’ll never go to our goals. It’s not just about the number of days you’ll be able to play lacrosse or the hours you’ll be able to get to the gym or the number of miles you’ll be able to run.

We are all familiar with the saying “the less you plan, the more you can do.” The same is true with habits. You have to develop a routine of your own if you don’t want to fall off track. We’ve talked a lot about this in previous blog posts, but just like with everything else in life, habit makes the biggest difference.

The key to habit is to identify your habits and break them. We often start off with a habit and then gradually well work our way through it, breaking it down in pieces. If you have a habit where you always eat breakfast, then youll have to start eating breakfast in the morning. If you have a habit that you always go to bed early, then youll have to start going to bed at a later hour.

The key is that you don’t have to think about what you’re doing for your day, but if you’re doing your day just to get as much sleep as you need, then youll be better able to handle it. We’re not just saying that we do this, we’re doing it for our life.

It’s one of those things that we all do to keep ourselves fit. If youre not, then youll feel bad about yourself at the end of the day and that will make it hard to accomplish all of the things that you want to do. There are people out there who are so obsessed with their goals that they can’t see the days that go by without them.

A lot of us are in the same boat. We may get up and do the things we want to do and then we go to bed with a little bit of a hangover. Or maybe we just get up knowing that we have to start work in a few hours and we look forward to it as a reward. But that feeling can be devastating. It can make you feel like you have to push yourself to live up to your goal in the few hours that you have to do it.

This happens to me all the time. The only thing that makes it worse is that I know that I’m not the only one who has experienced it. When I started looking into how to do things physically, I was so focused on making it as good as possible that I lost sight of the fact that I was also trying to do the best I could. It’s not easy being a couch potato, especially when you’re doing everything you can to make a life-changing change.

If youre on the fence about going to the gym or starting a new workout routine, I recommend starting with the first thing that makes you feel good. It may be something as simple as a nice hot shower, or maybe a massage. Maybe you can do some exercises in the kitchen, or maybe you can do some yoga. Whatever it is, doing it helps you start feeling better than before, but it also helps you do the most good that you can.

As for the second thing, I have to think, is this. Being on the treadmill is like having a little extra speed in your life. I like running, so I run to work everyday, but when I get home, I like to play games on my computer instead. I like to work out, so I work out in the gym, but when I get home, I like to go to the movies with my wife.
