I just love running. The fact is that running for exercise has been my go-to method of exercise for years now. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve looked at my running schedule and thought, “I don’t have time to exercise.” But I do.
If you run on a treadmill you should be able to do more than just running. That’s the sort of thing that makes a lot of people who are interested in running more want to get their hands on your treadmill. I usually run on a treadmill in my yard and I can do my thing on it. In this case I’m trying to prevent myself from getting caught up in some strange behavior. I can’t get a hang of it. Maybe I can get up and run.
Its good to go slow. Its better to run fast on something than run slow on something. But I cant. I cant run on my treadmill. There is no place to run. It just goes on forever. I dont know how to get it out of there.
So you have to figure out what is causing the problem by walking around on a treadmill.

Well, theres a lot of things that I have learned not to do while trying to train my feet. For instance, its not a good idea to try to do dead lifts while wearing socks, and while running, as they’ll definitely hurt. I just figured I’d go ahead and write this to get your attention and see what you think, since its not a new thing.
