I myself have been working out at the L.U.G.E.Y. Fitness gym in my town for the past 2 years.

You can’t just quit working out somewhere, but you can at least try to work out and get some rest. This is the same as getting up to the gym, but this time I like to do a little yoga. You do want to learn some new exercises. Don’t go to the gym because of the feeling of being in another world.
