I’m starting a fitness club at the end of this summer and I wanted to share it with you. I’ve been having meetings with some of the people I trust as well as a few people in the community who have faith in me. In this meeting, they are asking me to write a fitness study and put together a fitness plan for them.
Yes! I’m not just thinking about my fitness level. I can’t live like this! I need to build my own body and health, not just be surrounded with people who eat well and exercise. It’s a big thing for me, and it’s going to be a long-term goal, but it’s not that hard. In this case, it’s a lot easier than the old way I’ve been doing fitness for years.
