Any of the programs that I have been working on for the past two years have helped so many people. I have learned that one of the best ways to keep fitness in check is to keep it in the garage, even though it takes a lot of space.
I would love to see more personal fitness classes like the ones you’ve been taking. Like anyone who works out regularly, you’ll inevitably get a little burnt out. It’s important to keep yourself rested so you don’t have to go to the gym to get your strength back. I think people should be encouraged to take a class, whether that’s a couple times a week or once a day.
I think that as more people get into personal fitness, more people will want to take classes. Even if it takes more space, you can always rent a gym and use it for one-on-one workouts. If you go to the gym to watch a video, you can walk around the gym or do some pushups. There are also gyms that rent to groups of people for workouts.
I’m definitely not in favor of classes that just ask you to “go through the motions.” It’s a surefire way to make you feel like you’re doing something, but it doesn’t actually help you get strong. I really want to see more groups of people sharing the love of fitness.
