fitness rx for men

I’ve been on a quest to find the perfect fitness program for men. I’ve had no shortage of ideas; after all, men are different than women. A recent trip to my local gym has been an invaluable opportunity.

Men don’t need to be hyper-athletic to get fit. While our bodies are still built to fight off every bodily threat in our life, we can work out our inner chakras and learn to be more in touch with our emotions.

The best part about the gym is the variety of exercises and workouts. Men can find exercises that are tailored to their weaknesses and then work those weaknesses out. If you’re not into the whole cardio/strength building route, you can find different workout programs for every body type and fitness level.

In our gym, we have an “internal” workout that uses yoga, pilates, and other forms of exercise that can help you achieve a healthy, strong body. But we also have a “external” workout that is geared towards strength training that can help you take your body to the next level.

Most people who can run for more than about an hour or two are probably in the gym. In fact, we are just doing the same thing when we run for more than an hour. We can also get in the gym for more than an hour.
