I know I can’t keep a secret about my fitness, because of what I’ve read, but I’ve been a little obsessed with it since I was a kid.
Crunchy Fitness is a book that was written by author and athlete, Craig James, about the process of getting fit. In this book he discusses getting fit as a habit and how to make fitness into a habit. I was able to obtain a free copy of this book from my local library.
Crunchy Fitness is definitely one of the best books Ive read on fitness in recent years. One of the tips that I love is the use of resistance bands for toning and increasing strength. I have been using them for a while now and can say that I can definitely tell when Ive used them that they are working. Ive even used the same technique to tone up a muscle Ive had for a while now.
In addition to the book, Crunchy Fitness also includes tons of awesome videos from the author. I love how he talks about his own struggle with his weight and why he wants to know how to lose weight. I also think that he has a really good explanation of how to use body pumps to ton up and get stronger. I really hope that he continues to create fitness videos and continue to make his books better and better.
Crunchy Fitness is a great fitness book for just about every member of the family. I know it will help me lose weight, tone up my arms, and get leaner.

Crunchy Fitness was really my first foray into workout books. My friend and I were just starting out in the fitness industry and we wanted to start our own fitness company. We decided to make a book and do a series of workouts (not the same as our workouts in Crunch Fit) and we got really good at it. Then, a few months later, we decided to do the same series of workouts again.
Crunchy Fitness is a book full of great exercises and workouts for every type of workout you can imagine. For example, the first workout has a step-up version of the classic deadlift. The next workout has a pull-up version of the squat. And the last workout has a push-up version of the squat. The workout guides you through a ton of different workouts, as well as getting some great tips and tricks.
