Instead, make an effort to change slowly and steadily. To help you keep your mind open to the change, read and re-read the stories of the people who have changed their habits slowly and steadily. They will give you clues about how to change yours.

I think it’s important to know that different people can change their lives faster than they can change their habits. You can’t change your mind if you’re getting out of the habit-ridden, chaotic world.
