The blue moon is a good thing in the short term because it provides a variety of activities in the summer, and a healthy base for the body. I have to confess that I had never heard of Blue Moon Fitness before today. I knew there was a fitness app, but I had no idea what it was. I’ve used it a few times now to see if I could lift more weight, but I’ve never used it for a workout. But I was interested in the workouts’ ability to mimic a regular exercise routine, so I decided to use it for my first workout.

It is essentially a cardio workout that mimics the traditional cardio workout that we all know and love. It is very quick and easy, which means you can get it right in the morning, which is something I always like to start my day with.

The workout has a few things that I like. It has an aerobic component to it, and it is very light on the cardio. The workouts are done on a flat surface.
