I have found that the best fitness is a combination of different types of exercise. A good way to get a workout is to go for a walk to clear your mind and get your blood flowing. Another great way to get a good workout or burn some calories is with a circuit class. This works something similar to running for a long time. A circuit class is a series of intervals performed as a single exercise. The intervals are performed on different machines.
