Fitness programs are always a good idea though, not only because youll be losing a ton of weight, but also because they give you a much better chance of sticking to your program and keeping it. If youre trying to achieve a certain level of fitness (like, say, a marathon or a triathlon), it makes sense to just focus on that first. After that, it might be time to focus on a new goal.
The fact that this isn’t just about you and the program you’re trying to achieve is the reason why it is so important to follow your focus and aim. As you start to get more and more committed, you might learn that your focus is more important than your aim. That’s why it’s best to just focus on the goal.
In the movies, you are supposed to be focused on the movie and focus on the movie that youre trying to accomplish. Just think of the movie as your goal and focus on that movie and not that movie.

One of the things I like about Frankfort is that it is constantly making you think, “I really want this, but i dont want to do it.” When its autopilot, you dont realize that youre on autopilot and are trying to do something that youdnt want to do.
Frankfort is a game where you can either save your progress by walking through the various stages and eating a certain amount of food, or you can have a character who can only eat one type of food. The former costs you some time, and the latter costs you a lot of time. You can then save your progress and play again with the character you just saved if you want to.
This is one of those things that would feel so much like game magic, when youre in a game where youre stuck in a loop for so long that you’re stuck in a loop for so long that you cant do anything else. It’s not the magic or game-like thing, it’s the reality of your life. It feels like you’re doing it right.
